In 1986 in January, the company VERGARA S.A was founded by Mr. Fidencio Vergara Aldave. It is a family business which its main objective is to develop the activity of merchandising chemical inputs in the National Market place. In this stage the company had to learn and overcome difficulties that any company has to face at the beginning in order to give our customers a good service and satisfied their needs.

After that stage, the company took into considerations other external factors. Because of our experience in this field, we visualize the new tendency in the foreign trade. On May 30 in 1997, we decided to create the VERGARA S.A Legal Firm.

During these years the company has growth; as a consequence, we are positioned in the market place as successful importers of chemical foodstuffs and industrial products.

Our current focus is to improve even more our customer benefits and customer satisfaction, providing a variety and quality products for all of them, and most importantly giving them a competitive price in the market field.
